The bad spot

You guys won't believe this but I drafted this post on the 7th of October last year, just 5 days after starting this blog....crazy stuff! Anyways read through. I refused to edit it though so you might see some errors or it might even seem incomplete.

That road that used to be smooth cracks a little and is ignored by everyone including you, the next week while driving you notice that the ground is cracked a little but its just nothing obvious, the crack gets wider as more cars run across it and it expands more, one morning you are going to work taking your normal route and notice cars slowing down at a particular point, they are all cross the point one after the other at a slower pace than they were as at yesterday. In your mind you are thinking to yourself what the issue might be. You say a short prayer to you God hoping that there wasn't a bad accident. Then on getting there you recognize the spot to be the bad spot that had a little crack about a week ago. The thing is, just like every other thing that has been left alone, it has grown the way it likes. It has expanded far wider than you can imagine.
Months pass by and as you are driving to dinner with your partner or friend of the opposite sex. Almost subconsciously, you pedal down as you get to that bad spot, spin your wheels out of the area of the hole on the ground that is very deep, one tire sinks into the bad spot but is supported and balanced out by the second tire that is still on the good side of the road. Your car slowly dives in but in a couple of seconds, with slow and controlled throttling,  you are out of it. As you climb out of the spot, you zoom off towards your destination. This particular act becomes second nature to you that you don't think of it as you do it, it just happens naturally to you without you taking note of it and on the days you even notice it you stop to think to yourself even praise yourself as a very good driver to be able to avoid those pot holes the way you do. The problem is that as time passes by, the hole still stretches wider and deeper until it covers the good part of the road that supports your second tires each time you cross the bad spot. However you do not notice this until the next time you have to take that route....

Two Wrongs...(Pt 2)

Please read the first part of the story by clicking THIS LINK

On a Saturday morning, Mathew left for work and as usual dropped money for food with his wife. He always gave her more than enough but he wasn't scared that she would save up and run away because she hardly knew how to manage money. She would always squander it in buying clothes, although he never thought of who those clothes were meant for impressing because it sure wasn't him.
He had been gone for about an hour and wasn't going to be back for another 7 or more hours. As usual his wife had brought her lover over to the house for their usual mid afternoon rump which she had missed for a while now. This was happening more frequently because their office was going through some renovations and their departments where greatly affected so they had to stay home for a week or two.  They had all the time to meet up and seeing that Daniel was married to a house wife that was always at home, they couldn't do it in his house. Daniel had only gotten back from his travel a week ago and she was dying to see him again. Even though they had seen and engaged in their lustful acts a couple of times after he came back, she couldn't get enough of him just yet. They were still sitting at the living room and before they could start she was already feeling the rush of blood down in her genitals and she felt her organ below throbbing in anticipation. She paid no attention to his words as he spoke, she just wanted to have him.

Mathew was a couple of blocks away when his boss called and reminded him of the meeting that they had with the foreign investors in the company that very morning. He reassured his boss that he was well prepared and just to make sure he quickly went over his files to be sure he had everything he needed. However he discovered that he had forgotten an essential document, he quickly looked at his watch, calculated the time it will take him to retrieve the documents and decided to head back for it. He turned his car around quickly and started speeding faster than usual towards the house to grab the document and make it back on time...

Two Wrongs...

He pushes her on the cotton sheets and she lands with a soft thud as the dun-lop mattress masks the intensity of the fall. He climbs on top her and she hears the sound of her skirt as its ripped from her waist. She thinks about struggling but just lays and stares at him, he pays her no attention. He undoes his trousers fly, slips his stud into her and starts going at it without any intention of giving pleasure, he concentrates only on receiving the pleasure instead.
She looks away from him in disgust to her right as the force of his movements pushes her body back and forth on the queen sized bed. She closes her eyes and forces the tears that are building up back in, she is tired of struggling with him all the time that this has to happen. She bites the nail on her index finger in anger and looks to the ceiling. He glances over at her and as he maintains his back and fort motion on top of her, he wonders why she isn't putting up a fight today. Sweat drops from his fore head and explodes into tiny and vanish quickly into invisible drops as they impact on her left shoulder one by one. He smiles to himself, in his mind he has won her, he has succeeded in showing her who's stronger. But the thought doesn't last for more than half a second, all he is concentrated on for now is receiving pleasure. He thinks about it for another second, It's been eight years into their marriage and she had stopped fighting, she had learnt how to obey her master. He was proud of himself. He again acknowledges his strength and pumps harder.

The evil speedster

Lol...my awkward exercise experience. This would be my first story from the fitness and health section of this blog.

Back in the university I hadn't started taking my workouts as serious as I do now. However in secondary school we would workout every once in a while, do some jogging and other exercise but I never realized that it was all child's play that we were doing as at then. So when I got into the university I decided to take my workout more serious. One day I went to the gym to sign up and I was asked to run about twenty minutes around a little area outside the gym. You know, as a new guy that knew nothing about what fitness and endurance was about, I was feeling myself more than I should and trying to show off for the ladies that were present because I thought I was already good from the little I did back in high school.

Does Self Control Qualify you as a 'Fool'

Who had an interesting time last night? I sure did!  I promised you guys a gist from the results of my pork-nosing yesterday and i'm here to deliver. Grab a seat, popcorn, drinks, empty your bladders and give me your attention. Brielle! I said go and empty your bladder!....All done? Awesome! let's get this started...

So Tosin dragged me out last night just because he was feeling like it, come to think of it, he has never really had any good reason for dragging me out for a drink. On getting to our venue of meeting/bar of choice we noticed an empty seat near a set of 'flashy' looking ladies. By flashy I actually mean glittering, from their skins down to their choice in color of clothing. They seemed very engrossed in whatever they were discussing and could hardly notice us getting closer to them. We couldn't make out the faces as we got to the table closer to them and not for lack of trying (I was practically looking at them and looking away every micro second).  I pulled my chair out from under the table to sit down, it dragged on the inter locked ground and the 5 ladies turned at once to observe their new company. Just at the right moment I took a quick glance at their faces and wow! not even one of them had a single flaw I could detect, at least not at that first glance. Their make up was perfect and I could swear they'd still look good without it.

Stories of deceptive looks: Iyke the barber

I walked into the shop and took a seat then quickly glanced around to observe my surrounding. The shop was as lively as ever with people walking in and out every 2 minutes or less. The air was filled with a lemon fragrance that had a strange relaxing effect on me. On the LG plasma TV that suspended on the wall, an action movie was being shown and I recognized the movie as Marine by John Cena. Come to think of it, anytime  a move was showing in that shop it was always an action movie. I looked around for the young man that always gave me my haircut but couldn't find him. I went over to ask the barber that was present where he went to and he said that he(my barber) left for the market not long ago. I looked around at all the people that came before me for a haircut and my hope dropped. It seemed like Iyke (the barber) read my mind and restored my hope when he smiled and told me not to worry that I was next. I had known Iyke for a while now but he had never touched my hair before but I was willing to risk it. As I went back and took a seat, I glanced up at him to observe him a little more.

The mysterious rug

The story of this rug is one I have been meaning to share with the world. Please learn from my experience.

I remember when I was still a child in my parents house. My dad loved to buy biscuits and sweets for us the kids when returning form work. We also had a shop very close to the house and any little money that was giving to us by our dad or visitors was either taken by my mum or spent on chocolates, biscuits and sweets. Because of the rate at which we consumed these things the house was easily a mess with wraps of each item floating around. Mum used to get very angry at this and shout at us to clean up the house. Of cos as kids we looked for the easiest ways to do this and we finally found one solution.

Ready for the new week?

Last week was a crazy one at the office. Nobody came into work last week Monday prepared for anything. Yes once we got there we knew we had to start hustling or face the risk of getting sacked or getting our pays deducted. But I mean even the best employee of last month and 6 months straight came in without his hair combed and his eyes red and swollen and he came in late. That last week Sunday 'unofficial' party was something else and nobody could get any adequate sleep after the previous night.  Even the boss came in with his suit slacked to the left, his shirt rumpled and his left collar sticking out and pointing upwards from the suits jacket.

A Short Story: Mr Allen's Turmoil 2

Please Read Part 1 HERE

Years passed and he had bought himself a car, a land, was building a house and was really a celebrity in his state. He was planning on surprising his girlfriend with a huge dream wedding and had added to his online shopping basket, a huge diamond engagement ring. Allen had big plans for the near future. He had forgotten his self discipline that kept his notorious acts at a moderate level. The need to impress was increasing and it wasn't long before he felt he needed to up his game and impress a little more. So he kept taking and taking from the company with the amount increasing each time.

A week after one of his directors occasional visit, he was at it again and really living his star like lifestyle. Life couldn't be better at that point, at least up until the point his phone rang and the caller I.D said "Director".

A short Story: Mr Allen's Turmoil

Alright so picture this, let's use a fictional character and name him Allen. So Allen works at a very popular company in the state that he resides. Everybody around him, family, friends, girlfriends and members of the society know this company and know that the company is worth billions. So when Allen was employed as the manager, he was expected to earn some serious cash and of cos act accordingly. Now Allen got into the company only to discover that the amount that they pay isn't up to half of what he though in his mind. If he thought they were going to be paying him about 300 grand monthly, he was being paid 50 grand each month.

Story: The Utility man

So on Friday of this previous week, I was out with a couple of friends, we decided to go have a little sit out and listen to good music. While we were out, we met different people with different mentalities carrying on with their different lives but generally having fun.  But one particular character caught my eye in the crowd. He was a little below average in height, a rough beard, in his 30's and was really under-dressed for this particular joint. I mean, you know how you look around in a joint and you see people dressed with their different choices of clothes, gowns, dresses, hoodies, lumber jack shirts, cooperate shoes and shirts, sneakers, moccasins, timberland boots, high heels and many more. You get the gist...Just generally well dressed regardless of their fashion sense of personal choice for the evening. Or even if someone wasn't dressed good, it wasn't due to lack of trying. Well this particular man stood out of the crowd in his shirt that had an image of 2pac, the shirt was faded and you could tell that it was between 5 to 15 years old or more old and had seen better days. His three-quarter shorts weren't any better, it was bought a different color that I couldn't make out at the time but through the years had turned into a deep brown and was seriously stained with grease. Moving lower to his choice of footwear, his leather sandals had the buckle of the left foot missing, that left it unfastened and it slapped against his ankle with each step he took but he looked like he didn't care.

My Friend Sam (Continuation)

Read first post HERE

When we were about a street away from the first girls house, Samuels Phone beeped, a call was coming in and he looked at the caller I.D. It was an unknown number, but he didn't have anytime for unknown numbers right now, he was focused on something better. He hissed and cut the call because he hardly picked any numbers he didn't know.

My friend Sam

I have a friend who has this very lovely lady as his girlfriend and companion. Although he hasn't tied the knot yet, he plans on doing that soon enough. You see this my friend has always been very possessive of his girlfriend, but not overly possessive. He just never wants to see her get hurt. He tells her what to do and what not to do. Where to go and where not to go and people to befriend and not to befriend. He just makes this as a suggestion and tries his best not to force it on her, although there are times when he does this without knowing but they sort it out quickly and make up. Now his lady being a couple of years younger than him, would love to listen to him but the rebellious nature and spirit of adventure in her plus a dash of thirst for freedom wouldn't let her pay him her mind, all the time. He knew he didn't have a right to hold her back but didn't know how else to go about it. All he knew was that he wanted to protect his woman from any kind of harm.
One day I was asleep and my phone rang by 11:30 p.m, I looked at the caller I.D and it was Samuel, I grunted and hit the volume button on my phone to silence the call and turned around to continue my sleep. As I was drifting back into my dreams the phones ringtone echoed loud again, I could have sworn it was even louder this time, perhaps I pressed the top volume button and had increased the volume.

Are you prepared for it? (Continuation)

Read the first part by clicking this LINK

So the next day is here and it's time for the interview and you step into the hall for it. But then something odd is happening, this funny feeling in your stomach won't go away. You are asked the first question, a simple question but you can't provide any answer. The man on suit moves on and asks you a different answer and yet you fumble, a third question comes your way and you decide to answer this one and give the wrongest answer ever heard. You are asked to identify a machine that you clearly know but you just can't remember the name. What is happening to you? Is it the years of being out of practice? Or did your manager connive with your village people under these few hours to bring you down. Either way this interview is not going good at all.

My two angels (Continuation)

....But something was wrong, she was still alive, but she couldn't breathe, she suddenly opened her eyes wide gasping for air, she yanked at the rope around her neck furiously and desperately with the aim of cutting it to stop the pain, she was beginning to panic. She felt the blood rushing up her head as she was hopelessly tugging at the rope. Why was she still suspended in the air? Why didn't the rope snap her neck and why wouldn't it cut and let her go either? She realized then that her weight wasn't enough to aid the rope in finishing the job; she had lost too much weight from the stress and starvation that she had endured for a long a time. She had to wait out the pain and agony but she was determined to stop it, she wasn't going to give up now. She stretched her left leg to bring the chair she was standing on earlier closer but she tipped it over and it fell.

My two angels

....She took slow and deep breaths and felt the rush of air make its way through her nostrils and up to her head, the evening was quite silent as everybody had gone out and she was alone at home, her silky long hair had seen better days, it was scattered, unkempt and hung in front of her face but she made no effort to path it for a clearer vision, what was the use? It didn't matter anymore at her present condition. Her black dress, her favorite black dress from a long time ago was stained red with blood that had dried up a while ago.
