Friday Fitness Fact: Exercise and menstrual pains



      This one is for the ladies. You know those really uncomfortable cramps and pains you get when your period comes? Did you know that some exercises can help ease the discomfort. Try to put in at least 30 mins of aerobic exercises and some Yoga poses to your daily exercise routine and make sure to do it at least 3 times a week. Endeavor to do it everyday before your period and not just when it hits you. I guarantee it will ease up those really bad pains. If its difficult for you then get your men and friends to join you in exercising, if you do it with them it will be more fun...

True talk ralph,evn dough I'm sure u r a guy u seem 2 know a lot of helpful tips evn 4 d women folk...wat d exercise actually does is to help ease up d flow of blood around d lower abdomen,cos it's wen d blood starts clogging dere dat d pains come,so the more u exercise d lesser d pain u'l feel
