Lower body strength

 
Remember to add a lower body workout in your exercise calendar. People often neglect the necessity to work their legs either because of the difficulty level or because they are just ignorant to the benefits. A huge upper body and a skinny lower body isn't pleasant to the eyes. Lower body strength has a lot of benefits...

  • It helps in balance both while walking standing and running
  • It improves speed 
  • Helps burn fat in your legs
  • It generally looks better to have a lower body that is proportionate to the upper body
  • It burns fat fast as your quadriceps are a large group of muscles and targeting them gets you to work harder in a shorter time
  • It help build agility especially for the professional athletes


  So make sure to do your squats and try not to skip leg training day, it might hurt very much but the benefits are too many to forego. Or else of cos you want to look like johnny bravo.

i am not attracted to guyz with chicken leg. tell them ralph, those that workout need to look at their legs more

you are right by saying balance, if you have big body and small leg and i push you, you will fall and I will run, it's you that will lose fight. lol talking form personal experience
