Monday Morning Jogging?...Anyone?




Hello and good morning everyone. You might be wondering why I am posting as early as 5 in the morning. Well this is usually the time I get up to do my early morning exercise but due to work I've kind of been skipping the exercise for a while or cutting it short. Well I got a good rest this weekend and for some odd reasons I am having a crazy energy boost this morning. Usually by this time i'll slot in my INSANITY workout DVD on days I have time. On days I don't have time on my hands I either do a random exercise, T25 workout or a short session of jump roper. Well today I am switching up and doing something I haven't done in a long while. I am going outside to run....





Don't panic I haven't gone crazy my people. Lol. I am simply going out for a fast paced jogging or running. It's good to keep things interesting when you are working out and one way to do that is to switch up your exercise ever once in a while. It isn't good to be stuck on the same exercise because you'll either get tired or your body gets so used to the exercise that you stop seeing any reasonable improvements. So today I have chosen to go out instead of working out in my house. Jogging has some benefits and here are a few of 'em below...


  • It helps burn calories and help maintain a healthy weight
  • It works and tones a large set of muscle groups from your arms, to you abs and to your legs
  • It improves stamina
  • It help build strong bones by using your own body weight 
  • It's fun and can be done with a large number of people
  • It helps promote sleep at night (just like every other exercise)


So why not join me this morning and head outside if you are awake. It's going to be really fun and it could really give you a good boost to your day and help give you a healthy start to your week. If it's been a while then you can start with power walks or jogging before going into running. As for me it'll be running all the way. I'm heading out right now so i'll see y'all later in the day....

Good morning Mr Ralph and all the guy's in the house welcome to new week.
When ever i see Mr Ralph article's about working out or jogging am alway's excited about it because i can't do without it an it keep's me going stronger and healthy as mayweather loi.perhaps i have to put it like this way jogging has alot to do in our life,because it has alot to do in our life both men and women against the odd of old age thing.for example there are some of this uncommon sickness every were that won't come near you because of working out,joggling.its a must that every one's body need's it.to me its a mandate and a must that i must jog every morning like from 5am to 6am before going to work.
I do gym 50 50 iron after i head to my air bicycle before skipping and mat one an many more etc.is your own advantage and benefit to jog.any were i go people keep on admiring my body the secret is exercise working out so if you love your self as you claim to,join the workout team as Mr Ralph call's..........

Fortunately for me I got to work early, awesome right? lol. I understand that look of..."what does this one feel he is doing"...lol. But sometimes we just have to do what we have to do. Healthy living anyday bro...
