Venomous Sad Mind state

Hello and Goodmorning AskRalphfam! Wonderful Wednesday we have right here right? I think it's time we introduced something new to the blog or maybe i'll wait till later when the blog has grown more so more people can participate. I'm thinking of something more interactive. We already have Monday Myths, Tuesday Tips which aren't very interactive. I'm thinking of something more engaging, not like the traditional Woman Crush Wednesday(I hope that's what it's called). Just something absolutely new and exclusive to us right here and interesting . Anyway if you have any ideas please comment below or contact me. Alright moving on...

Before we get on the topic for the morning I want to remind you guys about that dangers of diet pills. The obsession about weight loss these days is really crazy. People will buy anything they see online if it promises magical weight loss. I read a news online of a pill called  Dinitrophenol that killed a lady by burning her up from the inside, it has killed about 6 people and counting for now and people are still buying it. Please I want to remind you that you are beautiful just the way you are. It is good to maintain a good and healthy weight but please for the sake of you, do not buy any pills. Eat healthy and exercise, you will be fine. If you keep obsessing over your looks, you will never be satisfied, instead develop your character. Please ladies and gents, take better care of yourselves. I think I should do a full post on this later in the week to help more people that need it and create some awareness.

So today we are talking about you and the importance of you staying happy! Or should I say the importance of you starting your day on a good note and not allowing anything ruin it for you through the day. Let's get this started....

Anything that affects you mentally or psychologically will definitely affect you physically. It will also have a stronger effect and duration than an event that affects you only physically . Take stress for example. I strongly believe that physical stress is easier to recover from than mental stress. Just think of it the other way round, if you are stressed mentally, you are going to notice yourself being physically drained but if the stress is only physical, you are going to find yourself recovering faster because physical stress rarely affects you mentally. So with that you get to understand that your state of mind plays a big role in the outcome of events through each day. Your mind is like that engine room of your whole body, anything that affects it affects any and every other part of you.

A simple sad or grumpy state of mind could destroy everything you have hoped to achieve in a day. It is very advisable to kick off your day with a healthy and happy mind state. To physically wear a smile and project a positive and happy energy around you in order to maintain a god mind state. Now the thing about negativity is that it spreads faster than positivity. Positivity could take you hours, day, weeks or years to build but in the click of a finger you can snap back to negativity. Simply allowing sadness to slip into your mind just a little bit could poison the rest of your mind and totally bring down your productivity for a day or more.

Okay now picture your goal in life and that you are getting very close to it. Let's say you have always wanted to own a restaurant but you haven't been able to source yourself financially. Finally you are able to secure the loan needed to start off the project and naturally you are excited and start making plans. Then you receive a bad news or even simply have a fallout with a close friend or a loved one just the morning that you are supposed to start working on the project. Now how do you feel this is going to affect you? Do you think it's going to affect only you as a person and your mind state or do you feel it's going to be projected to how you carry out the project on that day.You might not know it but it's going to play a huge role in affecting that project you are about to kick off and the energy you put into it. Sadness and a negative mind states always sap the physical and mental energy required to get you through a day.

A sad mind state can be as venomous and dangerous as the deadliest snake. It can take a day that was meant to be very productive and ruin it. It can erase every single good idea that you thought up the night before and replace it with thoughts of worries and anger. It can drain the mental and physical energy you require to work towards an important event in your life until you totally loose interest in it. Can you see that a simple sad mind state can ruin your life? So what do you do about this?

Build a stronger mind today. Do not easily let negativity in. Do not allow yourself to be affected by any little thing that goes wrong in your life. Write down your ideas and stay dedicated to the things you wish to achieve. Surround yourself with people that inspire you. Surround yourself with people that are constantly positive. Stay away from unnecessary drama and when it is inevitable, prepare your mind so you won't be easily affected by anything that is thrown your way.

Stay positive today guys. Stay happy. Do not let that quarrel ruin your day. Do not let that bad news stop you from having a great day. Fix what you can fix and leave the rest. There is no need in worrying yourself, it never helps.

 Enjoy your day!

A sad mind state can be as venomous and dangerous as the deadliest snake i concur with you mr ralph do not let that quarrel ruin your day do not let bad news stop you from having a great day.i remember's kanye west quote bad news travel fast than good news now lets make good news travel faster than badnews because bad news is a secret killer but to me they easiest way to conquer sad mind is staying happier not minding or allowing what you face or heard to way you down rather positive taught conquer them all.

Once I bought an expensive pill online for hair, skin and nails. Majorly, all I wanted was for my hair to grow, but it didn't and worse was, my skin was peeling like that of a snake. Nobody preached to me before I stopped using the sick pills.
