Monday 20 April 2015

Monday's are awesome jare!

Good morning to you, my awesome family people. I have a couple of things to discuss this morning. But before that, hope you all got a good nights rest. Even my peeps from other time zones, those sleeping right now, about to sleep and those that are already half way through the day. So if you are all good then let's get this post started...!

Before my work swallows me up I just thought to give a shout out to every single one of you. And this is to wish you guys a successful start to your week. Remember, I keep saying that the way you start your week could determine the way the rest of the week turns out. So you should endeavor to start today on a positive note. Attack the day with enthusiasm and with your full energy. No matter what happens, even if your boss or your workers decides to be annoying today, try your best to maintain a good attitude. Try to win them over with a good positive attitude and don't forget the secret ingredient...A killer constant smile! A positive attitude will attract positive outcomes today, you just have to trust and believe that it will happen.

I have two things extra to discuss with you guys...

Nigerian Blog Awards:  The awards have come to an end, the results were announced on twitter on Saturday evening. The best person won and I am just glad that I was nominated in my very first award as a blogger and I have you guys to thank for that.  The award went to lifetitudes.com
To everyone that nominated and dropped their votes for me in the 2014 Nigerian Blog Awards, I want to show my sincerest gratitude. You all made me very proud and showed that you believed in me. Thank you very much everyone. A new friend and a fellow contestant by name Erneisha Tibs of everydaytibs.blogspot.com told me something that stuck to my brain, she said to me "Win or loose, we are all winners". So even though we didn't win the awards today, we still won in our own way. This isn't going to be a reason for me to back off from awards or get discouraged from doing what I do, nah! It's only given me more reason to try harder next time and put in more. We are definitely going to grow and keep getting better. Also this attitude is something I want each an every one of you to try and adopt. Today's loss isn't a reason to quit, it's only a reason to keep pushing harder. Do not be knocked off of your game so easily, disappointments will come but you have to stay strong.

Disappointments are just setbacks, It's your attitude towards them that turn them into success or failure - Ralph 2015 #Askralphquotes

Accomplishments Section: I wanted to also remind you all of our ACCOMPLISHMENTS SECTION of the blog. I opened the "Dear Ralph" Section to help people sort through their problems and also provide a medium for people to connect and help each other. However sometimes, reading the issues pulls our spirits down but at the same time we have to help each other out. So I came up with the ACCOMPLISHMENTS SECTION so you all can also share your success stories and experiences through the week and in life. This should help counter any negative effect the problems you face might be causing. If you have something to share with everyone, just write it to me and i'll put it up for you. We need to share both the good times and bad times together. So I am still waiting for the first email from a reader boasting of their accomplishments. I want you all to help motivate each other also. Everyone has a success story, you just don't recognize it yet...

Well, that would be all for now. You guys should also keep your eyes pilled for the giveaway today, keep refreshing the blog and keep dropping your comments, twitter follows, Facebook page likes and google plus follow. Even if you don't win today, you are definitely going to win someday.

Have a lovely Monday and don't forget to stay positive!
