Tuesday Tip: Switch up your workout



     Do you get that feeling when working out, especially after doing a particular type of workout all the time that it isn't working anymore. Your body doesn't hurt anymore and you have stopped seeing any new development. The problem is that your body knows how to adapt, it has gotten used to what you do all the time and isn't able to remain in constant change if you continue doing the same routine over and over again
      You need to try and switch things up a little to maximize the growth. Now I don't just mean by doing maybe higher reps of what ever exercise you do. If you are used to doing push ups all the time and you target you shoulders and back with it then try to get a pull up bar and surprise your body. The same goes for your other exercises like if you jog every morning then one day try to jump rope or even try running. There are plenty variations out there to each exercise so try and use them to the maximum to get the result you are looking for faster.
