Dear Ralph: Is He cheating?


Good evening Ralph,
           Sorry to write at this late hour but there is something that has been bugging me. I heard of your contribution in ego's show in Inspiration FM tonight. Nice contribution you made, I have gone through your blog and find your topics helpful. Now my problem is that my husband always gets up late at night and checks he's fun. He stays on it for some time, like about 30 mins to and hour and I think he is chatting someone up. He usually thinks I am sleeping but I am not. I am very sure he will still do it tonight because he now does it every night. I don't want to start checking he's phone and seem like I am suspecting him but at the same time something tells me he is up to something fishy. I don't know what to think. Is this behavior normal among you men? Is he cheating on me? Thank you as I wait for your reply.

Dear Anonymous,
          The the is that you can never be absolutely sure if he is cheating or not by getting up to check he's phone. Although I do admit that doing it every single night is a bit suspicious and excessive but you still can't be conclusive based on just that. I believe you should watch he's general attitude and behavior around and outside he's house. Has he always had this attitude or did he suddenly develop it recently? Better yet just ask him upfront first of all and know if he would explain well. If he explains well and you understand and believe it to be true then fine, but if you still don't believe what he tells you maybe because of the manner he used to explain it then you would know better how to follow up and understand.
       Remember not to ask accusingly when you talk with him. Just speak with the intention of actually knowing what keeps him up. I would be also willing to help some more if you do find out any additional information and seek help.

My dear no kill urself,it cld be nothing. My hubby is like dt d day I finally got to see whay he does wit his phone whenever he jumps off d bed.i laughed cos he was on linda ikejis blog and another time I sneaked up on him he was playing candy crush. Hehehe so jst relax till you are able to acertain what he actually does wit his phone at night,it cld be stress and sleeplessness dts worrying him
