Best day to start your workout.

 
 

   So usually there is this confusion of the particular day you are meant to start your workout or diet. This happens because of various things. Like if it should be on a Monday or on a Saturday or Mid-week. Then when the day comes you probably tell yourself that you need to give it one more day because the previous day was too hectic and you want to sleep in a little. Then you wait till weekend and realize that you have to do some cleaning and catch up with friends. It's Friday and you also have to go out with friends, plus that cake and baileys sitting in your fridge isn't just going to waste or get served to a visitor so the diet would have to wait. Well that is what this post is about, to tell you that the perfect day to start your workout is today!




Yes Today! right now, whatever day you get to read this you need to start it up. Stop pushing it forward, stop procrastinating because you would keep finding reasons. There would always be a reason for you not to live a healthy life if you look for it. So it's time to stop looking for reason's not to do it and look for the reasons to do it. Like Nike would tell us 'just do it'.

I learnt something from someone that helped once push me into getting serious with my health and body. I would come back from work, exhausted and she would try to get me to workout a little but i'll be too tired to do anything. I knew that the only time that would be okay for me to start working out would be by 4 a.m in the morning. That's if I'm going to be able to finish the workout on time to get ready for my work. One day she asked me if I had started my workout and I said no that I was too busy for now but i'll still do it. Then she simply said to me, "you are only going to get busier in life, at least until you are old and your kids can take over from you in taking care of your family. So you have to create the time now or you will never be able to do it". The next day I started my workout program and stuck to it.

I believe if you plan on being big tomorrow. Owning big businesses and fulfilling your dreams then whatever stress you are going through today is just a tip of the ice berg. You are still going to get far busier than you are right now. So the best thing for you to do would be to learn how to make a good exercise routine and diet a part of your everyday life.Just imaging being very wealthy and having a great physical build and healthy body system. You would live long enough to enjoy that wealth you worked hard to acquire. So if your excuse is that you are too busy chasing your dreams, then remember that health always comes first in everything. It's the same money you will have to spend to take care of your health if you don't take care of it now. So why not take care of it now and spend that money on expensive vacations later. Think about it...

Get used to it now, because later in life, it would be far harder to cope with. It's time to forget what is left in the fridge, it's time to take up that workout program you have been dodging. Today is the day, today is right here, start today and live a healthy tomorrow.
