Monday Myth: Food Supplements can serve as food


  Do not get too comfortable with food supplements and do not for a minute believe that they can be used to replace your meals. All the excess medicine and chemicals you take into your body could be causing you some internal damage without you knowing it. I have a policy and it is actually simple. That is the only way I can guarantee for a healthy living.


All you have to do is eat healthy. Eat your fruits and not drink them, the fiber that you get from chewing them is better that just drinking the squeezed juice. Also try as much as possible to stay away from the packaged fruit drinks, you can never be sure of the contents.

Exercise regularly. By exercising most people picture hours and hours in the gym. Well let me tell you that It isn't the only way to get the results you are  looking for. A 20 - 30 mins proper workout section, and I lay emphasis on PROPER, should be enough to get you the results you want.

Remember that there is a reason why these pills are called SUPPLEMENTS. They are just there to supplement your food. To give you enough of what you aren't getting on your own. Or to help make up on some nutrients you might be lacking. You cannot live off these things. Make sure to eat your food and you'll be fine.
