This is one of the main reasons I opened this blog. If you are reading this then I look forward to your participation. Ralph does not....I repeat DOES NOT have all the answers so your opinion counts a lot.... Alright then, let's do this!

Dear Ralph,

I came across your blog on google and I have been reading up your articles. I really like your Dear Ralph part that you use to help people. I read for a while and noticed that you used to help out with body problems, exercise and other things like that before. I wonder if you can help me or if you still help out with things like that. My problem is that I have a small body and a big stomach, I don't want to loose weight but I want to reduce my stomach. My whole body is slim, my breasts and buttocks are small. Sometimes I wish I could just take the flesh from my stomach and add it to those parts of my body. If there is a way to do that please tell me o! Please help me, how do I take care of this problem. It's okay if you don't answer to these kind of problems any more. Just tell me and i'll keep looking for solutions. Thank you Ralph and keep up the good work. God bless you for what you are doing.

Olawunmi

Dear Olawunmi

I still do take care of issues concerning health so do not worry okay? I'll do my best to help you out with the best advice I can offer. Most people just tend to write to me about relationship problems but I handle a whole lot more than that. Feel free to write anytime about any other thing. Alright down to the matter at hand.

I don't think there is anyway for you to transfer the flesh from your stomach to your breast or butt so let's just wait till a method is invented okay? For now let's stick to natural methods... Lol. You see there is only one way of loosing fat in your stomach and that is through burning calories which also means, loosing more weight. Look at your stomach as your body's reserve tank for fat. Seeing that your body burns that fat to release energy, it stores it up somewhere and for you and most people it happens to be the abdominal region. Now I know you do not want to burn any fat and get any slimmer than you already are but here is what I want you to do. It's actually really simple.

First of all you need to start exercising. Now hold on! I know once exercising is mentioned, most people start thinking that they are going to loose weight but it isn't always like that. There are different kinds of exercises and the ones I want you to do are more about muscle toning. You need to start building muscles. The simple truth about your body is that if your muscles aren't being worked on and toned up, they get covered in fat. You have to burn that fat by training your muscles. Do not be quick to jump into doing sit ups and crunches, instead build the muscles all around your body, get them toned up and firm. The good thing about toning up your muscles is that they tend to look bulkier that when they aren't toned. This will give you that "fuller"look.
Next thing you want to do is to start combining your strength exercises with some fat burning exercises. Now here is the thing, when you have toned the muscles all around your body, during your workout, your body is going to look for the best place to get the energy needed for your exercise. I told you earlier that your body burns fat for energy right? Now if you have built the muscles in the rest of your body there wouldn't be any fat left any other place for your body to burn, guess where your body would go to in order to get the energy it needs. Yeap! It would go straight to the reserve it has in your abdominal region and start burning it. So do you get it now? You are going to use this method to force your body to use the reserve fat that it stores in your abdomen. Only when you start noticing the fat going down should you start toning those muscles. However be careful not to burn up every single fat in your body, you still need some percentage body fat as a woman if not your menstrual cycle would be affected. Also if there isn't any fat for your body to burn, your body will muscle for energy. So still eat some fatty food and this brings me to the second part of my advice for you, food....

You see your feeding plays a very vital role in your health and physical looks. You have to be watchful of what you eat. Try to consume more of proteins especially in the morning. Protein is easily burned by the body unlike carbohydrates. Try to keep your carbohydrates consumption at a minimum but do not eliminate it totally. If possible keep it at 100 grams a day. I know it's a hard and new habit to be watchful of what you eat but this is the work you have to put in, in order to get the results you are looking for. Start researching more on the nutrient content of the different foods you eat everyday, the knowledge will help you watch and know what you are consuming each time.

Finally you have to be watchful of your general habits. You will be surprised at how much effect habits like late night eating and snacking, excessive snacking, alcohol and soda intake, stress and lack of sleep have on your physical appearance. So take care of yourself more. Get plenty rest and take an afternoon nap if you can afford to. Try and change up your lifestyle and make a dedication to a healthy lifestyle. Stay away from things that give you stress and worry as much as possible. Eat (not drink) fruits and vegetables everyday. I hope these tips where able to help you. Follow them and you will be fine, you will get the results you are looking for. It's going to take a while but you have to be patient, okay? Stay dedicated. Welcome to the family...

Ralph

Yes there is a way to transfer fat from your tummy to your boobs and ass. It's called oh wait, i already said it - cosmetic fat transfer surgery.
The whole of America is doing it!
You can save say $2000 for it and have it done in the US or thailand or the Phillipines for cheaper.
You can do squats for a bigger butt.
You can take bustmaxx( it's a pill that costs 13k per 60 caps bottle) for increasing boob size.
A cup to a 34B at most. Nothing mind blowing.
Or you can slave yourself out in the gym.
If you're going to work out, cardios are your number one enemy. You will lose more weight!
Snack. Life is too short. Snack away till you get a fat ass.
Do sit ups. 50 a day will give u a toned mid section.
Don't ask me how i know i all this.
All the best!

Thanks Ralph. I could also use this advice. Even with a somewhat flat tummy, i've always wanted a more toned one. Exercise, here I come
Quick question though, after getting the desired result, which I hope happens miraculously soon, how often do I need to exercise to maintain it?

Lmao! Esit isn't good for you health or your pocket either. Thread carefully around this one don't worry she has good advice sometimes but not just this time.

Noo you must come out and say your own, stop hiding behind people...lol

Thanks thelma but you still have to do a whole lot more than squats. Cardio is your friend, so go out and do some joggin okay? Go with an earpiece to plug your ear just in case Esit tries to talk you out of it..lol

Well I don't knw about how miraculously fast your results will come but once you hit your target result just exercise about 3 times a week and you will be fine. Keep an eye on your feeding also so you don't consume more than you burn, try to balance out your feeding with your exercising and calorie burn. Your feeding plays a vital role in maintaining your results...best of luck haaj! *side eyes esit*
