Morning Coffee

Hello and good morning to you wild bunch that I call a family. First things first, every single one of you is awesome, just thought i'll get that out of my chest. I mean, I don't know about all of you but I was pretty excited yesterday, with the participation and the new people to the blog. I was really happy to see the old ones welcome the new and the new ones feeling right at home immediately. Thank you everyone, I really appreciate your presence, I don't know how many times I have to say that to you guys to make you understand the depth to which I mean it. Just know that I really mean it. Okay moving on...

To the new comers....I see and welcome you all to the blog. I hope you guys get to stay long enough to enjoy our crazy family. From Laetatio D, +Queen Emerald , Pepper.A, Miss blackie and every other new person out there. I say thanks for being here. I hope Anu Funke has given you guys the drinks you were promised, she is the one that has it. *whishpers*...She claims not to drink but after I will gist you people, just know that she can lie, that lady is...I'll save the gist for later. Lol

First of all I would like to give you guys a little reminder. If you are on a desktop or mobile device, look under my web header above where I have my logo and the words "Meet real people with real issues". There is a list of pages right under it like 'Home, About AskRalph blog, Disclaimer, Contact, Forum, Family Lounge and some more. For those browsing through mobile devices like BlackBerry and other devices. You will see only "home" so you have to click on that to see all other options. Scroll to the "Family Lounge" and click on that. It is a chat room that I created a while back. You guys can use that to interact with each other and discuss in real time. It's like a blackberry messenger but on the blog instead. I just thought i'd remind you guys that we have such a chat room.

I really liked the Time out with Ralph chat I had yesterday and the contribution from you guys was really nice so I have decided to carry on with it. I'll start hunting for more updates and D.P's. I will try my best to keep it interesting so you guys should expect more with time. Also as much as I hate to admit it, thanks esit for pushing me into starting the musical section, I also had a lot of fun doing that yesterday. Especially the Funny Misheard lyrics section, I think I like that one very much so thanks again Doc. Esit is our in house leader of the medical team and a confused member of the fitfam. lol

Speaking of Fitfam, who is up for some fitness this beautiful Thursday morning. I mean there is something about the atmosphere that just says, "guys, get up right now and go do some good cardio workout". Well that was how it was when I woke up this morning so I used that time to do a little exercising just to make sure the calories do not take over the body. So how about you, did you work out this morning? What did you do to stay fit this morning or this week? I'll bother the hell out of you guys later in the day with a post on fitness when i'm feeling up to it. Honestly right now I feel so tired and feel like going home. I'm having a "To hell with hard work and dedication" sort of day. I hope I make it through today without sleeping in the office.

I'm sure some of the new B.V's would be wondering why I am talking randomly and what I'm going on about. Well this is the Morning Coffee section. I use it to just rant and talk randomly on anything that comes to my mind at the moment. It comes in a random order and I practically do not think of what I am typing, I just let it flow in to my fingers through my brain and out to the keyboard without any filter....well maybe a little filter. So that's the Morning Coffee for you. It helps us kick start the day. Also your comments can be random, just say anything you want to say about the new day, how you almost chased your new dog out of the house for pooping on your door way, how you decided to play dress up last night or how much you hate Nepa, just anything at all.

Finally, I won't be saying who yet until the person sends me the picture I asked for and permits me to update on the blog but one of our active BV's is having a birthday today. Can you guess who it is?

Up Next >>> Dear Ralph: Will I love him More

Ok I encountered something yesterday and decided to share. Our gate man is this very serious christian as he is always praying, singing and hopeing to be a pastor one day. So this song by korede bello, Godwin got me laughing as I heard him singing it yesterday night then he started praying in tongues. I thought to my self maybe he did not know it was not a christian song.

The drinks are beers. Except you want to grow a big belly or have an akpu 6-pack, then let it go. I think ralph is secretly tryna sabotage all our fitfam efforts. Can we at least get fresh juice? Water maybe?

@Laetatio noting bad in that music of korede@time some of this hip pop songs has meaning and numbers there lyric at times is more than the some of Godspel song.so am not surprise if the gate man sing it.

Beer is good for the body! Do not mind esit. She wants to poop your welcome party. Do not let her do this. If you want fresh juice and water go to the boring peoples corner and wait there, i'll attend to you after the welcome party

Lmao! I guess it's pay back time then. They play religious songs in some clubs. So it's pay back time from the religious ones. Time to use circular music in worship.
