Emergency Morning Exercise!!


   
             Good morning Fam! I woke up very late today thanks to my bad friends that succeeded in seducing me into hanging out till late. By the time I woke up, I was already running late for work and I was so confused that I had to do plenty things at once. The end result?....doing one legged v-push ups under the shower while brushing my teeth *don't even inquire further*.  Anyhow I still managed to get to work but with my hair uncombed and my belt unbuckled. You shoulda seen the look on the boss's face when I arrived. Anyway I've learnt my lesson *whispers, nah not really*...never go out with Tosin *doubt i'll be able to pull this off*. Now the thing I want to  point out here is that no matter how things seem to go in the morning, I always try to get in a little workout right before I head out for the day.



  The healthiest start you can have to your day after a glass of cold water and a protein field breakfast is a good workout session. A good workout session as I have mentioned before doesn't have to mean long hours. You can do short hours of well coordinated cardiovascular and strength workout, depending on how you are able to balance. What that means is that if you are not already at work by now then you had better be coming from the gym or heading to the gym.

So if you are still laying or sitting down...*dbanj voice* 'you are on a looong thing'....sorry I had to say that, forced habit. What I meant to say is that if you are still laying down and the day hasn't started for you then you still have some time. Just take a little of that time to do some exercise. It doesn't have to be something too serious if you don't have time on your hands. Some ab work, push ups or even squats will be okay for today.  Make an effort every day to do some physical fitness. It's good to build yourself emotionally, mentally, religiously and socially but don't slack off physically. It just happens to be as important as every other part. Also you never know who you can run into at the gym, so dress s3xy while working out also *wink*.

Now I want to ask... what is your favorite home emergency workout? Like if you are in a hurry and have no time for long workouts or to head to the gym at all. What workout is your preferred workout to satisfy your conscience? A workout you can just do at home without need of serious equipments. Mine should be the double under skipping or Push ups.....

Oh and about last night...I eavesdropped on a a lady's conversation with some friends of hers and it got me thinking. I'll like to also get an opinion from each of you on the matter but the gist will come up later....

Early morning exercises are the best...
Often times,Ī gulp down water an hour before eating and do a little exercise here and there before heading out...
