10 things I hate to love about you



Here is something I want you and your partners to try out today or whenever you have the chance. Maybe during the weekend, just don't put it off for too long and decide it isn't reasonable. This is going to help you and your partner create a closer bond. Ignore the pic above, just trust me and read on.




I want you both to get a piece of paper and a pencil or pen each. Then sit a distance away from each other. I need you to write down a list of things you Hate about each other first on one side of the paper. Then one person should choose to go first and say the first thing on the list. Here is the thing, just don't say it out, give instances about the situation and when it happened then explain better how you felt, then listen to your partners explanation about what happened that time and why they did what they did. Go from number one to then then give your partner the chance to do theirs.

Next on the other side of the paper, I want you to write a list of things you hate to love about the person. You know does annoying things they do that you scream about at the moment but you know if they stop it, things wouldn't be the same. Like the way he smacks your b*tt anytime you pass him or the way she takes up all the space on the bed or decided to lay on you when there is all the space. I need you both to then write a list of these things and talk about it together.

Here is the thing about this exercise. The first part could get things heated up and you both get the opportunity to sort out most of the problems you are having. You find out that some issues are best attended to not immediately when they happen but later on when everyone seems to be okay and in good terms. Sometimes it's good to attend to issues after the wave of tension is gone.
   The second part on the other hand is designed to get you both back in a swinging mood. It is meant to bring you both back together and have you both appreciate your presence in each others life.

Make sure you write the first and second part at once before you start it. You can limit the items on the list to a specific number, let's say 10. Don't write one and then later write the other because if you wait till after the first side to write the second, your mood might not let you.

Tor,,i don try tire oo,cnt jst seem pick any annoying thing abt my hubby cos I even share his toilet moment wit him jisting abt wat hapnd during d day,dts how we re. Gosh,,jst realised how much God has blessed me with ds man.
