Know your limit


      You should know your limit while exercising, it is okay to push beyond and go for progression but you also need to stay safe, don't do more than you can handle at a moment.
    Growth in exercising is a gradual process so you need to take is safe and slow. Most people who have sustained serious injuries during exercises was because of how far they went in pushing their boundaries. This is especially more risky when it comes to stretching, even though you aim to increase flexibility during stretches you need to also know when you have done enough. Stop whenever you notice any unusual pain in your muscles or bone, you could sustain a serious damage and then have to concentrate on healing or recovery. So instead of over doing it and suffering a major setback and having to start all over again to build, it is better to just do what you can at the moment and take your growth slowly, you will surely get to where you are going. Remember that a slow and permanent result is always better than a fast and temporary fix.
