30 mins of your time




Why not start today with a healthy dose of  cardiovascular or strength workout. Take out 30 mins of the 24 hours you have today and invest it in a healthy workout. Trust me it isn't going to take too much from you and you will be done before you know it.





The problem most times is that when people think of working out, apart from the body pains, they picture long hours of doing a boring workout. But your workout does not have to be boring and neither does it have to be 1 hour or more. Recent research has helped to prove that their might be a better benefit of short workout sessions as against long workout sessions. The short bursts of intense exercise followed by a short interval of recovery movements or total rest has been proven to be very effective. Most people these days are beginning to ditch the long workouts and are beginning to embrace the short workouts more.

There are even workout programs that are shorter than 30 mins and are just as efficient. For example the Focus T25 workout program that was created by Shaun T the Legendary Team Beachbody coach that is responsible for creating workouts like hip-hop abs and the INSANITY workout series. I have personally seen people that went through an amazing body transformation by simply following this DVD workout for 25mins everyday. So you might want to look into this. Just go to www.teambeachbody.com and read more about the workout. It has been proven to work and is very fun, so you can forget about your workout being boring.

So try it out starting today. Even if you are following a workout program or you are doing it on your own. Just make sure that you are working out EFFICIENTLY for 30 mins each day,with a break once a week at least. Even if you aren't satisfied with the short time and you feel that 30 mins a day won't be enough for you, trust me just get up and do the workout, you would have done a lot more than millions of people in the world today by putting in that effort.
