Exercising + Healthy Feeding + weight loss


    To be able to achieve a high level of physical fitness and loose the amount of weight you want to you have to be able to juggle your gym time, your feeding habits and your general lifestyle. Healthy food and exercises in particular go hand in hand, they are the basics of achieving the best results.
    Your calorie count per day determines if you are losing or gaining weight, so that means that if you want to loose some weight you have to burn more calories than you consume in your food, if you want to maintain your current weight you target burning the same amount of calories you consumed and if you want to gain some extra weight then your calorie intake should be more than what you burn. Its as simple as that. Simply exercising doesn't meant you are living a healthy lifestyle quite yet, you need to change what goes into your mouth, like try swapping that cheese burger with a watermelon, or the chicken and chips with a proper meal that is high in protein. I personally don't believe in dieting, like going a month on only salads, or fruits only, or as I heard recently on a packet of indomie at night alone, I believe that every class of food plays its roll and is equally important as the other you just have to balance them out to get more of the ones you need, even the much dreaded fats and oil has its own benefit so don't avoid it totally. Carbohydrates play an essential role in your feeding as they keep your energy levels up, without energy you wont be able to get up and do any work would you?
     So with that said I would like to encourage you to eat healthy, yes eat your fruits and vegetables but don't neglect the other classes of food. Remember also that there is a big difference being thin and being fit, just as there is a big difference between eating to lose weight and eating healthy. Eat healthy and exercise frequently and you will be just fine.

D maths especially is not funny,b4 I slip I talk myself in2 eating healthy d next day and workin out,but by mornin I'm 2 drained 2 evn stand up...som1 just has 2 constantly b on my case 4 it 2 work.

what you need is a source of motivation and a coach, If you get the right coach that can work with you believe me you will see the progress you make, but prepare to hate this person...lol
