What are you having for breakfast?

 

    Good morning my beautiful readers. Hope you had a goodnight's rest yesterday and I know you should be up and out of your bed by now. Looking forward to the new day right? Yeah me too! So I just have to ask you this question. What will you be having for breakfast before you leave your house this morning?  Waffles? Tea? Beans? Sliced Onions with Pap and stew? Lol.


 Remember that the way you start your day could determine the way the rest of the day could turn out. So as you put on that cologne/perfume on your carefully selected outfit and rock that cute smile you know you have. Do not forget to also start your day with a healthy breakfast. 

Make sure you have a protein filled breakfast to kick off the day. Protein releases energy faster to the body so you will need enough of that to have a quick boost to start your day. Honestly I would advice you to forget about starving yourself in the name of dieting and just try your best to eat healthy and moderately. 

So with that i'll recommend that you always juggle these as you breakfast. Find the best combination for you and rotate them to keep your food calendar fresh.
  1. Cereal
  2. Eggs
  3. Fruits
  4. Oats
  5. Bread
  6. 100% Fruit juice
  7. Milk
  8. And of cos Water!
These aren't all the food you can rotate, as a matter of fact they are just a few but the point is that no matter how you rotate them, make sure you include proteins.
