Motivate each other




      The journey to looking good through exercise is not an easy road and you need all the motivation and support you can get. Sometimes all the motivation you need to get your workout done and get in shape is right there with you. It's disguised as a partner but only one that is willing to push you and join you in the journey. A partner who wants it just as much as you want it and would be willing to taunt you for the right reasons just to get you moving.  Here is a way you can do this.




So let's use weight lifts for example. Say you want to do a number of reps and you start up doing it. At the other end your partner is doing a different workout of their choice or the same, it doesn't matter. You both should try and race to the end and know who would finish first. The first person that finishes now has to go over to the other person and support him/her till they finish their own exercise. While at it you can choose words of support or jokingly taunt and mock them if that's what they need. Different strokes for different folks right here. Then you can move on to the next set. Putting in a little competition is going to go a long way in helping the completion of the exercises. In a matter of time, each person is going to be struggling to finish their exercises first and be the one to shout commands and motivate the other person to finish off as soon as

Ladies, if he refuses to push for the last round then strip tease a little. Tell him he won't be getting any later in the day or better yet, on Vals day if he refuses. Then watch him do about 10 more reps for that alone. Lol. Don't worry about you not wanting it later in the day, research shows that people who exercise regularly have a healthier and more frequent intimate life. You will also want it, trust me.

Anyway, this routine is going to help the both of you bond together. If you do it right then you would always want to go back and workout together. Meaning that you would look forward to your workout and consequently or happily get in more work which would result in achieving your fitness goal even faster. The routine would help distract you from your workout and you'll hardly recognize the stress and pain in the workout. As you know your mind plays a huge part in you workout, so distracting it with this helps a lot.

Do this workout together. You don't have to wait for outings to be together. Use this 'in house fun' idea to get your workout done, create a close bond and a great body at the same time.  Two people working together means twice the effort, twice the energy, twice the love, twice the result. Now go drag your girl or your guy. It's the Valentine season, we are doing everything together.
